One day my wonderful friend Phil & me decided to create a tribute to the wisdom and the sanctuary the Ocean provides for each of us. With gratitude for all the years I have been invited to dive into a deeper conversation along her shores and in the arms of her waters. Allowing myself to reawaken my imagination to the wonders of life especially when the outside seemed rough and chaotic. To purify what needed to be let go and allow myself to receive where life wanted to take me.

May we feel blessed when the element of water invites us to deepen the conversation along our journey, while inviting pauses and spaces of stillness. Often we find ourselves in the roughness of the sea to remember why we actually happen to be on this planet & who we truly are. To at the end merge with whatever life is presenting from a place of love and utmost trust.
